del frisco's or bob's steak chop house

Will be in Dallas for OU Texas game. I need to pick between Del Frisco's or Bob's steak chop house for dinner. Please send any comments on which restaraunt to choose

Chain and Chain, so there's not too much to differentiate them. Del Frisco's is up North near the Galleria, and Bob's is in the McKinney Avenue area near downtown.

If you want to eat at a non-chain restaurant of this caliber, III Forks on the Dallas Tollway is one of the area's finest!

A steakhouse is a steakhouse...and there are many to choose from. I liked Del Frisco's over Bob's just because I hate the stupid giant carrot at Bob's. I've heard great things about Nick and Sam's on Maple near the Crescent Court. That will be our next steakhouse meal.

Bob's is not a chain; it originated in Dallas and Bob's has also opened in Plano, a bedroom community of Dallas, and in San Francisco.

A couple of other outstanding steakhouses are Al Biernat's and Chamberlain's.

Check out guidelive.com, click on restaurants and then steakhouses to see reviews of all the above mentioned spots.

Enjoy the game and 'hook em'!
