Deerfield Beach or Singer Island??
 

We are trying to decide on which of the two towns to stay in .In DFBeach we are looking into the Emb.Suites.In Singer Island,the Hilton.We have 2 boys ages 8 & 11.Any suggestions/ideas appreciated!!Thanks!!

Consider someplace esle. Neither DB or SI offer much to tourists. Consider Delray Beach, Naples, Captiva, Sanabel, or Key Biscayne. All of these place have more to do and are more attractive.

Singer Island (Palm Beach County) and Naples are two of my favorite places in Florida. I think there are better choices than the Hilton, however. I would look at Singer Island on a map, see where Palm Beach Shores is on the island, and pick a hotel out in this area. The beach in front of the Hilton, and McArthur's Park (just north of the hotel) are absolutely beautiful. If you want great beach on the Atlantic, you are looking in the right area.<BR><BR>Happy Trails,<BR>Paul

I think there'd be a bit more to do in the Deerfield area. It's right near Boca Raton with lots of shopping, movies etc. Singer Island is more isolated but I've found it to be great value. Stayed at the Holiday Inn there &amp; the beach is fabulous (not to say beach in Deerfield isn't). Can't remember the Hilton but think all the hotels are on a strip at the ocean. Don't know what your boys would want to do, but if you're going at school break time there's sure to be other kids in both places.
