De La Poste Hotel?-New Orleans
 

Has anyone ever heard or stayed at the De La Poste Hotel in New Orleans? This hotel was recommended to me but I can't seem to find much information about it. (such as pricing, location, rooms, etc) Any information/opinions would be greatly appreciated!

This is a good hotel in a good location for enjoying the quarter. My wife and I stayed there in March of '90. The room had a queen bed, was clean, although slightly cramped. No parking, like much of the quarter. We didn't rent a car until moving to a cheaper place further from the center of town. Staying further allowed us easier access to the surrounding area of LA. With a AAA 10%25 discount the room was 70-80 dollars. That was then, this is now. Check the AAA New Orleans guide for current info, I think that's where we found it.
