DC Metro - Nearest stop/line to Renaissance Mayflower Hotel

I will be arriving at DCA. Which Metro line would bring me nearest the Mayflower Hotel (Connecticut Ave between L and M Streets)? I'll only be in DC one night and travel light.

Farragut North on the Red Line and Farragut West on Orange lines are both close.

Farragut North is closest - exit the station at Connecticut & L. You can take the Yellow line north and change trains to the red line at Gallery Place/Chinatown.

Here is the metro map:

Where are you coming from? If you're coming from Union Station (red line), definitely get off at Farragut North. But if you're coming from the airport (blue line) you can avoid having to transfer by getting out at Farragut West, which is only a couple of blocks further walk to the hotel. (Get out at the 17th St exit, not the 18th St. one.)

Thanks, Doriana. Unless the weather is bad, I'll take the Blue Line to Farragut West and walk. I'd prefer not to have to transfer. My flight gets in before 8AM, so hopefully it won't be too unbearably hot.
