DC/MD/VA GTG in the Fall, Lunch on Oct. 3
It's been awhile since there has been a DC/MD/VA GTG. We're thinking of having one at the end of September or beginning of October. Weekends that look good are the weekend of Sept 26/27 or Oct 3/4. Please respond here if you are interested in joining us & your date preference. I have also posted in the Lounge.

I am interested! Oct 3/4 is better for me.
Definitely overdue for a DC area GTG!
Both weekends work with slight preference for October 3/4. Janet, hope you can make it! |
No can do but sad:(
Either of the dates look good. Count me in.
Slight preference Oct 3,4. Thanks!
Will hope to be there but won't vote on a weekend because I'm not sure what works.
There is someone who is prominently missing from this whole thing? What happened to her?
Who? if you give a name we might know the whereabouts.
Dukey - I think you are referring to St Cirq who as I understand has moved to France. She used to organize these things. TDudette is also not on this particular thread but has been working on the GTG too.
Yes, StCirq moved with her husband to the Dordogne. As she mentioned on this board she owned a home there and her plans had always been to eventually move there. They left DC in April.
Both dates fine for me, TDudette. Thanks for posting this, yestravel.
Both dates would be great for me.
Great. Would love to meet you, schlegal. Didn't you got to Ecuador?
I will try to make this gtg as well. I have a daughter in Baltimore so I"ll have a place to stay for the weekend.
Both dates work for me.
Dang. Dog show is 9,10 and 11. Would have been fun.
I think that either weekend should work for me too, and I would love to attend if at all possible!
Yes, I did yestravel. I am looking forward to meeting you, too--I think there was another country we both did in close succession. Maybe Thailand/Cambodia?
schlegal - yes, I think we followed you to Thailand and Cambodia and also Chile?
I'm going to wait a few weeks and then pick the date based on the responses. It looks pretty evenly split. |
All times are GMT -8. The time now is 12:26 AM. |
