I'd go to DC Coast. Good spot for happy hour, particularly for 30somethings, and the food's great.<BR><BR>Old Ebbitt can be touristy, but it can also be fun. Just depends on the day.<BR><BR>Hotel Washington is strictly touristy. I always take visitors up there because of the view, but it's not really the place to go for happy hour.<BR><BR>I'd stay away from Sequoia and any other place at the Georgetown waterfront--overpriced drinks, bad food, and lots of guys who obviously only recently got rid of their mullets, and women who secretly still think that acid wash jeans look fabulous.
