Daytona - please help decision in choosing the right hotel...traveling solo

Hello.
Seems to be limited in finding a nice hotel. From what I've read so far, it looks as if the hotels....even the nicer ones are starting to get old and run down??? seems people have suggested staying at the Hampton Inn, Hilton, Perry's or Adam's Mark.

Maybe you could help me out...I am traveling solo for 2 nights. Looking for a resort on the beach. Would like an oceanfront room with terrace....close enough to the action... a resort/hotel with a great bar/lounge for nightlife and of course food/restaurant inside the hotel. A massage parlor would be kinda nice too! I am looking to spend up to $200 per night. Traveling in mid June.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks!

Adam's Mark is the best for what you're looking for. Nice hotel in the heart of the action.

I can second that - we stayed several times at the Adam's Mark when it was a Marriott. It is right on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Last time we were there it was still nice. I think it is where you might want to be.

Enjoy your trip!

There is vehicle circulation permitted on the beach in Daytona.....

Ask your hotel about spa facilities.....

I also suggest the Adams Mark. Nice location and exactly what your looking for. Massage/Tanning services, whirlpools, more than one pool, health club w/ sauna, steam room, etc....there is 6 restaurants/lounges.
