Day spa recommendation near Denver, CO
Will be visiting my daughter in a couple of weeks and would like to treat her to massage and manicure at a nice day spa near Denver for both of us. Perhaps Glenwood Springs, Boulder or somewhere within an hour drive of Denver? Some place where we can have a nice lunch, shop a little, and have some spa fun? Thanks in advance!

Will you be staying in Denver? There are plenty of spas in the Denver area. A nice place for spa, lunch and shopping would be Cherry Creek North just 15/20 minutes from downtown Denver. Boulder (about 40 minutes from downtown Denver) is another option.

Meant to add that there's a spa in Evergreen (can't remember the name) that's suppose to be good. It's a nice little town also, again about 40/45 minutes from Denver. It's about a two hour drive to Glenwood Springs, somewhat time consuming for a day trip.

The spa in Evergreen is Tall Grass (http://www.tallgrassspa.com/) and it is mah-velous! This is exactly where you want to go, in the foothills just outside of Denver, maybe a 30-minute drive from downtown. Evergreen has a small "downtown" area including Creekside Cellars (http://www.creeksidecellars.net/) a wonderful deli/wine bar perfect for lunch. Have a wonderful trip!

Thanks for the suggestions. We want to make a day trip out
of Denver, will be checking out Evergreen. Looking for somewhere to go have some spa fun, a nice lunch and do some artisanal craft shopping.
Boulder could be an option as well. Any recommendations in Boulder? Thanks!
