Day Spa near LA?
 
Will have an extra day in LA next month and need recommendations for a good day spa, not too far from town.

My wife likes Glen Ivy hot springs. I think it is out near Banning, about 1 hour east of downtown.

The Ritz-Carlton Huntington in Pasadena has a lovely day spa. Mmmmm.

The Golden Door in Escondido has been rated the top spa in the US in many polls. A bit more of a hike than you may want, however.

The Golden Door is closer to San Diego than to LA and it is not a day spa.
