Dancing in Portland, OR?

I'm looking for a quiet, romantic place to go dancing in Portland. I've looked at Citysearch and wweek.com and have an idea--the Driftwood Room at the Mallory Hotel. Not even actually sure yet whether they have a dancefloor. Anyone been there or have any other suggestions?

Help!! This is important! Doesn't anyone know of anywhere romantic to dance to 'nightclubby, Sinatra stuff' in Portland? The Driftwood Room does _not_ have a dancefloor. It was sounding perfect....

Don't know about Sinatra stuff, but the Crystal Ballroom is a great dance (and live music) venue. Style varies from one night to the next...sometimes, they even have lessons before the big fun starts. Haven't yet done it myself, but hope to one of these days!

Try the Bossanova (formerly the Viscount Ballroom) on the east side:

I've not been to this place myself but friends say it's cool. I can't vouch for the musical choices but you can get a feel from their calendar.
