Dallas Accommodation
 

Hi Guys,

I will be travelling to Dallas for 3 nights in the coming weeks and I'm having trouble deciding between the Warwick Melrose Hotel and the Adolphus Hotel. From what I can tell, the Warwick has a superior location but I can stay at the Adolphus for half the price.

Most of my time will be spent shopping so I'm keen to visit NorthPark Mall (Neiman Marcus), Highland Park Village (Pockets), and the West Village, Couture Consignment, Gratitude Vintage Clothing and Stanley Korshak.

They aren't that far apart and you are going to have to drive everywhere anyway.

BTW, you might want to visit the original Neiman Marcus in downtown Dallas.

I considered the Neiman Marcus in downtown but I have read that the NorthPark store has a larger range of menswear.

I'm sure that's true. It's just a neat, historic place but maybe that's just to us who grew up in the Dallas area.

For half the price, I would go with the Adolphus.

I will definitely check out the downtown store Connie, but I'm keen to get out to NorthPark as well.

In December the original Neiman Marcus is quite festive, in fact that whole area is wonderful.
