Crystal Point Hotel Pacific Beach?
 

Does anyone have any information on this place.<BR><BR>Is it a nice place to stay? It's on Pacific Beach in the San Diego Area.

I think you may mean the Crystal Pier Hotel. If you try a search here using that name it will bring up quite a few posts about the hotel.

It's older but the rooms are cottage style so you have lots of space. Also, they are right on the PB pier...the water is right under you! They were just in a really bad made for tv movie set in San Diego..maybe someone here knows which one.

Stayed thereover 40 years ago and thought the place was going to drop into the ocean. If the city of S.D. still permits it to survive, it must be safe? Very basic but unique.

You will love it if you stay there. The cottages have all been remodeled. They are on the pier right over the ocean. They all have nice Patios and the view is gorgeous. Close to restaurants, the boardwalk and shops.
