Dick, when your car was broken into, did they get into the trunk too? We plan to drive into Hana and stay a couple of nights, thus our belongings will be in the trunk while we stop along the way.

Joan,<BR><BR>Yes they got into the trunk. They broke into the car and then went through the back seat to the trunk.<BR><BR>If you stop along the way and are near your car ..you should be fine. We stopped at a small parking lot and walked up to a secluded waterfall. I am sure, in hindsight, that the thieves saw us and knew we would be gone a while.
