anyone visited courtyard times square hotel?

we stayed there last year - it was very nice, and a great location - rooms were fine - the usual type of courtyard room and the staff very helpful

You're obviously, close to the Times Square subway station. The bus terminal is a short walk (2-3 blocks?) west, and Grand Central is a similar distance east.

Stayed there a few times-- rooms are fine, but no view (and kind of claustrophobic) on the lower floors. Ask for a high floor-- get the right room and you get a great view of the Empire State Building.
