I don't recommend staying in Downtown Disney. It's SO FAR from the rest of the main attractions. You'll spend most of your trip in a bus.

Downtown Disney is a great deal for $20.02 a night, especially if you have your own car.

That web site doesn't "sell" anything - it just posts info on deals and discounts that you can get all by yourself, by booking yourself directly with the hotel. And $20.02 per night at the Courtyard is outstanding. Go for it.
