Consolidators?

Anyone ever use a consolidator named TISS, www.tiss.com. Or any other good recommendations regarding consolidators. Looking for fares to Latin America or Australia. Thanks

Come on, someone must have some ideas.

I have seen it recommended by Lonely Planet .. I think it is an outfit from the UK.

I ususally use lowestfare.com . .their site is not the best, but I always get lowest fares with them, though I haven't tried Australia.

I have some good ideas about Latin America because I researched that for my brother whose wife is from there and he needed a cheap ticket for her to visit home for a while. I have never used TISS, did not find their prices good for Latin America, as I recall, and I've heard some complaints about them--they list low fares but you can never really get them somehow and it's sort of a complicated process I think. You can try:
www.traveland.com, www.abstravel.com, www.traveldiscounts.com, www.counciltravel.com (you do not have to be a student to use them) and www.latincheaptickets.com--whichever one of these is a travel agency in California is the one he ended up using (I think it is Traveldiscounts) and got a rate about half regular APEX fare.

I recently used Tiss for a RT flight from Europe to US. Great service, no problems. I will use them again.
