Coney Island hot dogs
 

We just have a couple of hours to stop at Coney Island before heading to JFK to board our plane back to West Coast. Is that enough time to get a Nathans hot dog? Will anything be open on April 12th?

Amusement park/rides are open weekends only until June. Nathans is open all year. there is also a decent aquarium f you walk doen the boardwalk open every day - check the Wildlife Conservation Society for info.

Coney Island is - naturally - at the end of the subway line. How are you planning on getting to JFK - and what will you do with your luggage?

Parking is not so easy there.

Where else can u get good hot dogs in New York??

Gray's Papaya.

And parking near coney Island can be very difficult - since there are a bunch of highrises nearby - and I'm not aware of a lot closer than the aquarium.
