Condos in Myrtle Beach Area
We are planning to spend the month of March in a condo in the Myrtle Beach area. Two of the places we have been looking at are the Ocean Bay Club and the Sea Watch

Has anybody stayed at either one and if so what rating would you give them. Need to know also if they have twin beds in all bedrooms?

We stayed at the Sea Watch in April 2000. It's actually in North MB which is a little quieter than MB. Had 2 teens with us who seemed to find plenty to do. There are numerous pools (indoors and out), lazy rivers, etc. The rooms were fine.

Don't know about twin beds -- one bdrm had them, the other had a king. Call each place and ask.

Thanks for your response. Planning on calling the Sea Watch for the additional information and probably booking them for the month. We are looking for the quiet end of the beach so this information was quite helpful.

Joan

You can also contact the EMBASSY SUITES at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach-
They have CONDOS directly on the BEACH in 2 highrise towers- they are fabulous!

Andy is correct. Kingston Plantation is the most sought after property in the area. It is the best. Great location, a wonderful health spa, pools. Very nice.

I've stayed at Chicora, which was close to Sea Watch, and I also loved being off the strip in North Myrtle Beach. I remember Sea Watch, it was very nice. A bit further walk to the beach though. The one I saw had 2 rooms, one w/ King and one 2 twins.

For clarification -- Chicora is the rental agency who deals with MANY condos in MB including Sea Watch.
