Condo's at Disney World?

Hi All - Can anyone shed some light on renting condo's on Disney property? We will be visiting in October with 3 children and 4 adults. We'd like to stay on Disney property. We have stayed at the All Star Sport before and liked it but would like other suggestions. Of course we'd like something reasonable around 150- 180/night.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I think it will be impossible to rent a condo/villa on Disney property in your price range. There are villas at the Boardwalk, Beach Club and the Wilderness Lodge. Also at Saratoga Springs and Old Key West. These villas are quite pricey (even in the value season).

You can get lots of information at disboards.com

Of course, if you want to go off property, you would have many options in your price range.

Good luck!

You are asking the impossible. Regular season starts Oct. 5 at Disney. With 7 people, the minimum you would need is a 2 bedroom condo. The cheapest accomodation on property would be Wilderness Cabins for $274/night (according to mousesavers.com). After that, 2 bedroom villas at any of the other resorts range from $575/night (Old Key West and Saratoga Springs) to over $700/night for the other places. Again, this is according to mousesavers.com which I have found to be a reasonably accurate gauge of prices. Even with AAA or other discounts, you probably couldn't touch your price range. I agree with the other poster that you would have to go off-property to get something you want.

There is a possibility that you could maybe get some kind of discount on the cabins at Ft. Wilderness. That might put you in the $180 range. I would suggest you visit these sites for more information:

The other posters are absolutely correct that your price range is impossible for an on-property condo, unless you luck out with a great discount at Ft. Wilderness. Ilisa's prices are very accurate for the other properties. We paid in the $500+ range at Old Key West for a 2-bedroom at the same time of year.

You'll have to go off property to find anything in that price range if you want the convenience of a condo. Keep in mind that many, many off-site properties are only minutes to the parks.

I don't see anything near that price, either. It depends when you go in October whether it will be Value or Regular season.

That many people would be a 2 BR these are value season prices:

Disney's Beach Club Villas: $560/night
Disney's Boardwalk Villas: $560/night
Old key West and Saratoga Springs both are listed at: $490/night
Villas @ Wilderness Lodge: $555

Go to vrbo.com and you'll see owners renting their own condos within 10 or 15 minutes of Disney for less than half the Disney rate. Save your money for other things!

Ditto Postal. If you stay off site you can rent an entire house with pool for $200/night or less.

Of course, you'd need a car.
