Looking for a Condo/House on Seabrook Island SC for a long weekend, 7/25-7/29/2013. Will trade equal time in beachfront condo on Anna Maria Island FL (Gulf of Mexico side).

Sounds like a nice trade! We aren't in the market now, but several years ago we traded our mountain condo for a St Maarten condo and later a Hawaii condo, through Donita's Vacations:

Look online for exchange opportunities and groups. My elders do this regularly - there are many resources.

We've swapped our dc condo 5 or 6 times now with great success using digsville.com and other sites - but also had success with craigslist.
