Condo or House in Key West?
 

Yes, I already know about the 30 day renting ordinance but if you had your choice, in Old Town, would you rent a condo or a house? Or would you skip the rental and go with a resort/hotel? I am in the process of searching and can't make up my mind.

I think it depends on how many people you're traveling with and how long you'll be there. We prefer a condo because we stay a couple of weeks and love having a kitchen and washing machine/dryer. If you're only going to be in Key West two or three days it'd be easier to just stay in a hotel or B&B.

Susan, thanks for the reply. We'll be staying at least 7-9 days. Definitely 2 couples and up to 4 couples. Can't decide if we should get one big nice house or let everyone fend for themselves. Thanks for the input.
