Condo in Wailea area
 

I have visited the vrbo.com site and it is daunting; there are many condos listed and it seems you have to look at each listing to find availablity. (I'm looking for a condo for March 22-29 for four people within walking distance to a beach and a view.) There are positive comments about condos at Ekahi Wailea, but I'm having difficulty finding a central site for this property. I could use some help. Thanks.

I don't know anything about the area as I've only been to Kaanapali for lodging.

But here's a map showing where the condo is. Wailea Ekahi is right next to Renaissance Wailea & is at Keawakapu Beach.

When we were on Maui last we originally planned to stay here:

I emailed the owner a couple of times and he was very nice / helpful. We ended up not staying in a condo (the kids wanted a big hotel type pool), but had we stayed in a Wailea condo, we would have stayed here.

We are renting a condo in Oct. at the Ekahi Wailea. We are renting thru the owner which is the only way I would do it. This way you know the exact condo you are getting and you can see pictures. I know you can rent thru Destinations Resorts but you dont know exactly what you are getting. They are all individually owned and their amenities vary as well as the decor and the view. I looked at every single condo on the vrbo.com website for the Wailea area. Yes, it did take a long time but it was worth it to me.
