Condo in Florida

We are looking for a 2 bedroom condo this March. Have 13 year old daughter. Want to be on the beach also with golfing close by. <BR>We are open to either Atlantic side or Gulf Side.

Are you planning to rent for the entire month? That time of year it is hard to get a condo for only a week or so. Most people rent their condos for at least a month to three or four months at a time. Naples is very beautiful that time of year and there is plenty of golfing. Clearwater Beach has some of the prettiest beaches and there may be more to do for a 13 year old.

Try vacationspot.com or check with one of the local real estate companies in the area, they often have short term rentals.

Sanibel/Captiva is a great area for families with children. Do a text search on Sanibel here and you will get tons of info.

Amelia Island Plantation, near Jacksonville, has a great beach and at least 4 beautiful golf courses. The resort has both an inn and many condos for rent (my family owns one there). March may be a bit too cool that far north if you're hoping for guaranteed HOT weather for the beach but it's usually a wonderful time for golf. I think rates may be lower at that time of year.
