Colorado-Wyoming
Hello, I am planning on going to the Colorado-Wyoming area for two weeks in August. I will be at Denver for 2 days, Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park for 5 days, and Yellowstone and Grand Teton for 7 days. Anyways any recommendations on any of those areas would be great. Basically what are the star attractions there, good places to eat etc.... Also Ive read that the Raft rides in Grand Teton are cool, how are they? Finally has anybdoy ever stayed or heard of the following hotels :
Hilton Garden Inn: Denver South
Super 8 Estes Park
Best Western Weston Inn

Also if anybody knows anything about JetBlue or Dollar Rent-a-car at the Denver International Airport.

Thank You very much!

One more thing, I really think that this is a great message board!!!!
Thanks for all your help on previous topics!!!
Yev, why don't you try purchasing a guide book for the areas you want to visit and learning about the attractions and activities there instead of booking the trip, then asking everyone on Fodor's what there is to see and do. If you don't know, then why are you going? You've posted multiple questions here about your trip and you don't seem to have the vaguest clue about what you what to do or see because you didn't research anything prior to booking. Try helping yourself before you ask others to help you. Do a search on a search engine, get a AAA book, go to the bookstore and read the books in the travel section. THEN come here and ask specific questions about specific things. Bet your posts won't continue to sink like rocks if you do.

To tell you the truth I researched it all before, but I think that a local would know slightly more then a AAA guidebook which I have read.
Anyways thanks for all the info you gave me!!!

Yevgeniy,
Stay at Signal Mountain Lodge in Grand Teton National Park. They have Snake River float trips that the lodge sponsors. You can also do whitewater rafting if you're so inclined. Hike up Cascade or Paintbrush Canyons, you won't be disappointed.
p

Two days in Denver and five days in RMNP sounds like WAY
too much time to me. Unless you really like to hike, there isn't much else to do there in the park.

There is so much more to do in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Or, you might even go on up to Glacier. You can get there in a half day from Yellowstone
