Colorado Rockies Baseball

Going to be in Denver weekend of July 15-17. Is it possible to walk up and buy game tickets or should I order them online. Also, any opinions on which downtown restaurant has the best steak? Thanks.

So many good steakhouses! The most bang for the buck, plus within the shadow of the field is the Denver Chop House (19th and Wynkoop). Always great beef and bison (try it!), yummy microbrews too. I like Sullivan's too, a little fancier and pricier, but delicious. Many others within a few minutes more walk from Coors Field. You won't go wrong.

I think the supermarket, "King Soopers" does sell Rockies tickets at times. I'm not sure if it's for every game and for every seat level though.

Chophouse near the field. Elway's in Cherry Creek for the best in town.

We love the Chophouse, too. Great food at great prices. In a cool historic building.

Best steak in town: Shanahan's.
