Colorado Color
We've just returned from a six night, 1,011 mile loop through some of our home state's most beautiful bits, awash in color.
Thought I'd share a few photos.https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...b5d6261270.jpg Monarch Pass https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...2b189df727.jpg Kebler Pass https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...11686e6d65.jpg Kebler Pass https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...309a0e3da7.jpg Kebler Pass https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...ae755808fd.jpg Kebler Pass https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fod...12599ee80c.jpg Kebler Pass |

Thanks for the pics. We drove over Grand Mesa yesterday. So beautiful. Some trees up on top of the Mesa mostly bare but still great at lower altitudes. Wide swaths of color. I especially like the rusty red leaves sprinkled through the golden yellow. From our house an easy, four hour, 125 mile circle .

lindagj - we spent a night in Grand Junction this trip, but only to meet up in Palisade with friends from Denver for a bit of wine tasting.

Beautiful pictures, Mel. Thank you!
We are in Winter Park now. It’s still colorful here. |
