Is NYC colder in Dec. or Feb. Or is there any difference?<BR>Thanks,<BR>Mike

February is usually colder than December. Decembers have been fairly mild recently. Actually, winters in general have been mild recently, with hardly any snow last year. But February would usually be the colder month.
