Cold.

Is Chicago colder in Dec. or Feb. Or is there any difference.
Thanks,
Mike

Typically it's much colder in February. December has been very mild in recent years with very little snowfall but in this city you never know.
According to the weather channel, historically the two months only differ in highs and lows by 1 degree, with December being warmer. I don't know about wind chill though which makes a big difference (to me, at least).

I agree with Ken though - December in the last year or so has been mild. I think February feels colder.

Mike: Usually feels colder in Feb. In December, the cold air is really just getting started, people get excited about the first couple of snowfalls, and Christmas is coming. By February, it's get me the hell out of here, I want some sun and sand.
