Cocoa Beach in June
 

Hi,
Looking for suggestions on hanging out people watching, jet ski rental on or around Cocoa Beach. Hope to celebrate Husband's 40 weekend of shuttle launch.

We went to Cocoa Beach last year the end of September. We stayed at the Resort on Cocoa Beach-we loved it!! We are going back again this year. Our favorite places to eat were the Mango Tree and the Lobster Shanty.

Mango is great and also Coconuts on the Beach for lunch we like the Inn at Cocoa Beach.

For hanging out and people watching, Coconuts is very good. If you have a car, Grills at Port Canaveral, ditto.

I'm adding my usual caveat when people mention shuttle launches: Launch schedules are often changed, and there is no guarantee that a launch will go off as scheduled. If it does launch as scheduled, it will be a birthday your husband will really remember!

Thanks so much for the suggestions. The shuttle will definitely be a bonus. If it is rescheduled, we look forward to less folks on the beach.
