Coastline Cottages, Kauai, HI...anyone?
 

Hello,<BR>Has anyone stayed at the Coastline Cottages on Kauai? <BR>http://www.kauaicottages.com/<BR>They look lovely, but wanted to see what others had to say.<BR>Thank you in advance for any help.<BR><BR>Heather

hi Heather. They look very nice. Haven't viewed them personally, but I have driven by them.<BR><BR>I find it &quot;VERY&quot; annoying when there are no rental rates listed anywhere on the entire website. <BR>

Heather, <BR>Agree with Sela that the cottages look very nice. I walk by them every morning when I am on Kauai. They are located in the Poipu area on the road to the Spouting Horn. Neighbors are some very spendy beachfront homes. Definitely an upscale area. These are also oceanfront cottages, so the views will be fantastic. Great sunset viewing.

Thank you both for the information. I did email Coastline Cottages and they quoted my a rate of $250 per night (for the low season, I am going the first week of October).<BR><BR>Again, thanks!

Very cute houses, pricey neighborhood. Only drawback is Lawai Road is very close to these cottages. You will definitely hear a small amount of traffic.

Yes, there will be a bit of traffic during the daylight hours because people are going past to the Spouting Horn, one of the busier tourist sites on the South Shore. However, traffic is almost nonexistent after sundown, so should not be a bother in evenings. Besides even with the day traffic, this is not a freeway. I would not let this deter me in the least.
