Club Quarters Rockefeller Center NY
 

Has anyone stayed in the Club Quarters Rockefeller Center in Manhattan? We are looking for a hotel in the $200-250 per night range--do you have any suggestions for a clean, well-located hotel in midtown or theater district? Would appreciate any suggestions i.e. restaurants as well for a two night stay in November.

club quarters is very suitable. clean, safe, etc...i've stayed in the d.c and london locations. you can also check out the u.n millenium plaza (east 41st) or the marriott financial center/west avenue location. always seemed to have good rates at these places.

We just stayed there Sat. night, it's only a year old so rooms are really fresh and well appointed. Also, perfect location (Saks Fifth Ave is right down the street, theatre district a few blocks west), they have a restaurant/bar on the 7th Floor w/outdoor terrace. Will definitely stay there again.

As far as restaurants, what kind of food are you looking for? You're right in the middle of the city, there are hundreds of restaurants within a 10 block range. For an amazing seafood dinner (expensive), Le Bernadin is a block away.

Owlwoman, how did you make your reservation? When I called directly, they said I would have to book through an outside provider. What was your experience i.e. reservations?

We joined Club Quarters...it was a good deal for the rates they give you on hotels.
