Club Quarters Hotel to Phillies Game

I have been told that the Club Quarters Hotel is near the 30th street train station. How would I get to the ballpark from this train station and approximately how long would it take? Also, anything to do around the new ballpark(restaurants, bars,)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The club quarters I know of (and I think there's only one) isn't too near 30th st (not that it's that far either). It's on Chestnut near 16th. You want to take the Broad St. (subway)line down to the stadium. Your nearest entrance would be 16th & Market. It's a 15-20 minute ride I think.

pb_and_j is right. The CQ hotel is on Chestnut St between 16th & 17th streets. It is a short walk to the subway station (either at 15th & Market Sts or at Broad & Locust Sts) and take the Broad St line subway. It is a 10min ride to the stadium. For more info, go to
www.septa.org

Sorry, can't help with restaurants & bars near the stadium.

Thanks for the help. If I am taking the R1 from the airport, what stop is closest to the Club Quarters (16th and Chestnut)?

take the airport train to Suburban station. It's the same station as the subway lines, though in a different area of it. It's many underground blocks large and has many entrances/exits.

Hi Kraig-

The R1 will take you to Suburban station ($5.50 1-way). At the station, there are lots of different exits. Look for the sign "16th & Market" and the Burger King (the station has a mini-mall). It can be a bit confusing... If you find the right exit, 16th Market is only 1.5 blocks from Club Quarters.

Even if you get out from a different exit, it shouldn't be more than 2-3 blocks from CQ.
