Club Quarters Feedback?
I am booked to stay at Club Quarters in Boston. I am unfamiliar with this hotel and want to know whether anyone has any experience with it. Boston was heavily booked this weekend and I reserved through Hotel Reservations Network. I would also be interested in comments regarding HRN - their cancellation policy had me concerned.

Club Quarters in Boston is just fine, and reasonably priced for Boston these days. No matter where you go, the farther in advance you book, the better the selections. We've booked through HRN many times. Their rates are not the bargains they were previously (note the very old testimonials at the website), and often no better (and often much higher) than calling directly, whereupon you can cancel and you are not required to pay the minute you book. Next time, before booking through HRN, call directly, just to see... If there are rooms available through HRN, there are rooms available. Most hotels in most cities have liberal cancellation policies.

Just stayed there for 3 nights about 2 weeks ago. Excellent location, walking distance to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, North End, Newbury Street, Boston Common, Public Gardens and the T. Clean quiet and the Elephant and Castle is right next door!!!

We stayed in a room with 2 twins last month. It was fine. The room was tiny with a desk with TV on it, mini refrigerator, two-drawer dresser in the closet, shower/no bath. The view was an office building (the window did open). The staff was very helpful. The location was convenient and the street quiet at night (almost too deserted when we walked back one night).

It's nice enough for the rates. Fairly well located too. You get what you pay for...
