Classic Aloha Vacations in Hawaii

Has anyone ever used this travel agency? They are located in Hawaii and have pretty good rates on things.
We used them for booking a room on the big island a few years back. I checked their web site for prices on our last trip and found I could get a better price on my own with a little digging.
I had no complaints when we did use them however.

My husband and I booked a Classic Aloha Vacation through AAA Travel for our honeymoon. I could have done better on the hotel and car rental, but since the airfare was included we came out pretty good.

Also, we went at the worst time of the year - Christmas to New Year's so the prices were higher.

All in all we had a great time on Maui and not one single problem with any of our reservations (We booked - hotel, car, airfare, and a luau).

I used Classic several years ago for a two week vacation to three islands. I was impressed because we did not like one of the hotels (too much construction and no restaurant in service) and Classic, without any fuss or bother, cancelled the remaining days at the hotel and gave us four choices of a different hotel. The agent said, "We're not happy unless you're happy on your vacation." We were encouraged to call again at any time during our vacation if we needed something.

Thanks Jan, Leslie, and Jeannette, I certainly won't hesitate to use them if I find they have the best prices. Jan and Leslie, you both said you could find better deals. What resources did you use? I am starting early because I am trying to get the best deal, but also have what we all want. There are 6 adults going (4 are coming from England) and our 2-year old. My husband and I want an ocean view room and the other four would be happy with a 1-2 bedroom garden view. What properties did everyone use when they booked. Thanks again for all your help!

Mary
