The large chain bookstores like Border's and Barnes and Noble sell the maps. AAA also has some foreign maps though probably not in the detail you want. AAA offices also sell the electric converters as do most stores selling luggage and travel related items.
We recently returned from an Irish trip and found it easier to bring along a fairly large pack of alkaline batteries rather than mess with a charger which we probably would have forgotten when we left one of the hotels. Consider that option if your cameras accept a common size like AA.

YOu can find toms of electricity converters through yahoo shopping, I'd get one of the more expensive ones as they hild higher voltage. Many hotels also provide converters if you call the concierge or front desk. Also, try the Europe section of this board for more input:)
