Christmas decorations in Maine?

I'm thinking of driving up to Maine (probably Portland and south) next weekend. We usually go in October but weren't able to this year and thought perhaps the Maine coast at Christmas time might be pretty. Does anyone know of any towns that do decorations especially nicely? Any lighthouses get decorated for the holidays? Looking for photo ops that might combine coastal New England with Christmas. Thanks

Though I've only been there summer andfall, I've heard that Kennebunkport (about half an hour south of Portland) does a big "Christmas prelude" series of events and decorates the town center, Dock Square.

Thanks, Kennebunkport is nice any time of the year I guess.

Anyone know of any decorated lighthouses?

The Nubble Lighthouse in York Beach is all lit up and decorated for Christmas.

Think you just missed The Prelude in Kennebunk, but check out Ogonquit for this weekend.

Thanks - I checked websites for both Kennebunkport and Ogunquit and they both have events this weekend.
