Chimney Rock - Who's buying?
 

For those of you who've visited it may not yet be common knowledge out of this area that Chimney Rock is for sale. The Morse family is selling it through Sotheby's for $55M. Would be nice to see it stay as a park....

A bargain.

It should be noted, too, that the park continues to operate as normal and is open for business.

We should buy it and rename it Fodorville. It could be our own huge time-share. :D
