Chicago Union station to Art Institute
 
Tomorrow a friend is going to be in Chicago for several hours and would like to leave Union Station and go to the Art Institute. What is the safest and best way to go there? Many thanks for
your suggestions.

Not sure what's best but if you like to walk, cross the bridge on Jackson then go over one block to Adams and walk down Adams to the Art Institute. Takes me < 20 minutes and it's free!
