Accoring to the Places Rated Almanac, the Clarksville-Hopkinsville metro area in Tennessee and Kentucky is the most affordable metro area in America, while New York is least affordable. Columbus, Ohio. Great town, lots of nightlife and extremely affordable. Rated high in one of the magazines.
