Cheap temporary lodging in Seattle
 

Would anyone have any ideas for a place to live for my daughter who may have an internship opportunity from June through August in Seattle? Sublets, shares, rooms... She's starting her last year in college and really wants to take up this opportunity, but it is contingent on being able to live in Seattle for the summer.

Seattle rents are horribly expensive, and driven up even more recently by apartment buildings converting to condos and throwing their renters out.

How about something related to the University of Washington or Seattle University, where students might be away for the summer?
