Aloha or Hawaiian Air. check their websites. Coupons for one-way flights are around $65, but I'm not sure you can buy just one (maybe a min. purchase of 4 segments?).

On Maui I'm sure I saw them offered at an ATM (Bank of America, Kahana Shopping area), think they were about $60

We just booked our flight for next month on Aloha and paid $62.00 each. We booked it through their website and got a 5% discount.

I like flying Pacific Wings because it operates out of the commuter terminals. You only have to get to the airport about 20 minutes before your flight.

AAA members get the following discounts on Aloha Airlines:

Members save 25 percent on first-class and standard coach fares and 10 percent on restricted fares for all flights within the state of Hawaii. Also, save 15 percent on first-class and standard coach fares or 10 percent on restricted fares for flights between Hawaii and Oakland, Orange County's John Wayne Airport and Las Vegas.

I suggest setting up your interisland requirements as part of your original reservation, then, before you pay for the ticket, check to see what is needed if you have to change your plans while in Hawaii.

Frequently, they are very flexible if you are willing to fly interisland on a stand by basis.
