CHEAP ANCHORAGE/SEWARD ACCOMODATIONS
 
Am going to Alaska in June - need cheap housing for couple nights in anchorage and couple nights in seward. Ideas anyone?

I hate to say this to you but there is no such thing as <u>cheap housing</u> in Anchorage or Seward, particularly during the summer. What is your budget?

less than $100.00 per night. I guess I need to look at hostels. Any good ones close to railroad? we will have no car...

Can you drive? We found that renting a smaller RV gave us transportation and lodging in one package. There are many free of inexpensive places you can stay in an RV in Alaska.

In Seward the Moby Dick Hostel, is a great location and "reasonable". :)

There are several hostels in Anchorage to also look at. Verify reviews.
