Charleston, SC in June - Should I book a hotel with a pool? | Need advice
Looking to book a room in mid-June in Charleston, SC and we're having a tough time picking based on pool / no pool. We're considering booking the Market Pavilion, but turned off a little by some of the recent reviews and overall style of the hotel, and we're also considering The Spectator (no pool, looks amazing).
My husband and I visited New Orleans in June a couple years ago and were so thankful we booked a hotel with a pool for an afternoon dip and cocktail. The hotel was lovely, so the choice was easy. We're looking for (4+ stars) and there is very limited pool availability in the area we want to stay. Is a pool a must for that time of year? I remember New Orleans sweltering... I looked at the weather in Charleston and it looks hot, but I'm just not sure.
What should we do?!!

Your preferences for a pool in Charleston are interesting. In all the years I have been reading here I believe it is a first. Doesn't mean it isn't a good question, but.....
Personally for an afternoon drink I would opt for a rooftop bar with a view. Maybe that would be your Charleston experience. ;o)
