Charleston Honeymoon

Heading down to Charleston for our honeymoon in November. I'm checking all the great advice already posted in the forums. My specific question is between staying at the Charleston Place or the Vendue? Also thinking about heading to Savannah part of the time...suggestions for where to stay?

Thanks for any help!

I have not stayed at the Vendue but I have stayed at Charleston Place and it was fabulous! The staff is amazing, the rooms are great and the lobby is beautiful. I was there at Christmas time and the decorations were amazing!

Since it's your honeymoon I agree with lmz. Charleston Place is very special. November will be very pleasant. Congratulations!

I can vouch for the concierge floor at the Charleston Place. Wow! They have non-stop free food that's not only delicious, but beautiful, too. We've stayed there a couple of times and love it!
