Chancellor Hotel lack of AirConditioning

Just wondering if anyone has stayed at this hotel and thought they would be OK without air conditioning, but then wished they had made different arrangements because the heat/humidity bothered them?

Sounds like San Francisco. If it's hot (or noisy), you will want air conditioning--just like anyplace else.

Many San Francisco hotels don't have AC. Reason being, it rarely gets hot there. We just had a short hot spell in the inland bay area, where temps were over 100 F in some spots. I don't think it got above the 70's in the city.

It should be nice and cool in the mornings and then it will cool down in the evenings, but if you go in the summertime, it will be warm in the afternoons.
