Hi does anyone know the email address for the CEO Dollar rental car. The email I got from a website comes BACK as not delivered.

If you are trying to send complaint or the like, try using social media - Facebook or Twitter. Often times, you get a prompt reply in these situations.

Perhaps it bounced back because Dollar has so many complaints the mailbox was full.

They are owned by Hertz Global Holdings, you might try writing to them. Info is on Wikipedia.

Check elliott.org which has lists of contacts for many companies.

Thanks for your help we did contact them through Hertz executive customer services. Not only did we get a prompt reply stating that our complaint was fully understood and also a refund which we were more than satisfied.

I agree with DebitNM. Social media does get fast corporate attention.
