Celebrity Millenium: Dinner attire
 

Hi there,
Just wondering how formal the dinners are on the Millenium. Can I get away with business casual? Do men require a jacket and tie?

Short answer to your question is, yes, business casual will be fine, but you may want to take a suit along for the formal nights.

We are sailing on Aug. 21. how about you? Some in our group would like to skip one formal night, so are thinking of eating in the specialty restaurant instead. it gets rave reviews, but reservations are required and it's $30 per.

bbobo, I think the specialty resto will also be formal on formal night.

We were on the Millennium 3 weeks ago. There are 2 formal nights (jacket and tie required for men), the second night and next to last night. One of the men at our table wore a tuxedo. The Olympia restaurant is awesome. I would have been uncomfortable in that setting without a tie and jacket. It IS A 5 STAR restaurant and you should dress accordingly no matter what night you go. If you don't want to dress up, go to the buffet on deck 10 or order room service (same menu as the dining room during dinner hours.)
