Celebration Hotel in Orlando

Any comments (good or bad) about the Celebration Hotel? I have been to the town (I know I know Truman Show) but have never been to the hotel and plan to stay in late August. Thanks.

I have been to Celebration, Fla. - the town is really quite neat. We drove around and looked at stuff one night. Lots of interesting houses. I heard that the hotel was overpriced and just kind of average. Hopefully someone on here has stayed there and can give you some better info...but the town itself is really neat to walk around in..

Never been to Seaside, Fla., though. That is where The Truman Show was filmed...everyone thinks he is connected to Celebration for some reason.

I've been there twice and love it. Boutique european style. Nice rooms and quite classy. August will be hot,but a nice town to walk around and enjoy the restaurants. It's like another era.Quiet and relaxed, yet very close to Disney.

Thanks for the info so far. I am from Tampa so we know about the Bucs being so far from us. Hope it's worth it!
