Cedar Point--campground
Can you walk into the park from the campgound that is part of the Cedar Point complex? (I forget the name of the place) Is it worth the extra $20 a night they charge over the next nearest campground outside the park?

Anna

I've BEEN to cedarpoint.com. It doesn't indicate whether it is walking distance to the park from the campground. Knowing whether I can save $5 a day on parking at the park will factor into the campground decision.

Anna

I called cedar pointe (after being on hold for about 10 minutes). They do charge for parking still, even when you pay to spend the night. Which is awful. I would think if you paid $175.
on a friday night to stay at their cottage, they could at least waive a parking fee. Honestly, I decided to stay somewhere else because of it, also I thought $175 a night was a bit high.
