Casitas-Santa Fe & Albuquerque
Have any of you stayed at the Casita Chamisa in Albuquerque, or Rancho Jacona near Santa Fe?

I don't recognize the name or have first hand knowledge but it is in what is know as the North Valley area of ABQ. That is a nice area for the most part, a bit rural just north and west of ABQ proper. I looked at their website and it looks nice.

Sorry, flagal2, I'm not familiar either. Rancho Jacona in Pojoaque isn't that far (25 minutes door to door) from Santa Fe and the house looks very nice. A little too far for me if you are wanting to do a lot in Santa Fe, especially driving home at night.
Sorry I couldn't help. Sheila |
Thanks for your replies. Since we also want to see Taos, I think the Rancho Jacona would be a good location. Maybe some who have recently stayed there will still reply to me. It does look very nice, and we are going with another couple, so a 2-bedroom house would be the most cost effective way to go.

I have not stayed at Rancho Jacona-but we have friends that have stayed there several times and they loved it.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear a good review.
